We identify properties throughout the United States that meet our standards and guidelines. We purchase varied acreages of farmland, forestry-use land, rural land, residential, and commercial-use land.
Once a property is identified, we determine the fair market offer price by examining:
- attributes of the property and surrounding area
- county data
- recent sales data
- data from comparable properties
Based on these findings, we send an Offer Letter to the titled owner(s) with a Purchase Agreement attached. The documents state that we will buy the land for cash (no fees or commissions), close in less than 30 days, and pay all closing costs.
